1. Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in these Terms and Conditions are defined below:

• "Platform" or "84db": The website https://84db.lat and all services under it.
• "User" or "Member": Any person who has registered with 84db or is using its services.
• "Account": The personal profile and balance created through registration.
• "Bonus": Financial or non-financial benefits provided by 84db, subject to specific conditions.
• "Deposit": A transfer of funds into an account by the user.
• "Withdrawal": A transfer of funds from an account to the user's personal payment method.

2. Eligibility and Registration

Registration and participation on 84db is permitted only for those aged 21 or above. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. 84db may request identity documents for age verification at any time and reserves the right to suspend or close an account if verification fails.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

This platform operates for the Bangladesh market. Users are solely responsible for complying with the local laws of their own country.

2.3 Registration Terms

All information provided during registration must be true, accurate and complete. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure and deposited funds may be forfeited.

• Each person may operate only one account.
• Creating multiple accounts on the same device, IP address or payment method is prohibited.
• Operating an account in the name of or on behalf of a third party is not permitted.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

Keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential is entirely your responsibility. 84db will never ask you for your password. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify the support team immediately.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

84db may request identity verification at any time for security and fraud prevention purposes. Required documents may include:

• National ID Card (NID) or a copy of your passport
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of payment method verification

Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Closure

Users may request closure of their account at any time through the support team. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds into 84db: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka). Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• The correct reference number must be stated at the time of deposit.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal processing time is generally between 15 minutes and 2 hours. However, additional time may be required if identity verification is in progress.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be suspended if an active bonus is in place.
• 84db reserves the right to investigate a withdrawal if any suspicious activity is detected.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To withdraw this bonus, the total combined amount of the bonus and the original deposit must be wagered 25 times (wagering requirement 25x).

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Another bonus cannot be activated while one is already in progress.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.
• If the wagering requirement is not completed within 30 days of bonus activation, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Program

84db's VIP program has three tiers. Members can advance to higher tiers based on regular gaming activity:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.7%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.

84db reserves the right to change or discontinue VIP benefits. VIP members will be notified separately.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 84db platform. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using third-party payment methods.
• Placing coordinated bets with the intent to abuse bonuses (bonus arbitrage).
• Attempting to gain an advantage using software, bots or automation.
• Intentionally attempting to exploit technical errors on the platform.
• Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Threatening, harassing or engaging in abusive behaviour toward other users.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or hacking.

7. Responsible Gaming

84db firmly believes in responsible gaming and encourages all members to enjoy games safely. Gaming is entertainment — not a source of income.

• Members may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits for themselves.
• The option to temporarily or permanently suspend an account is available when needed.

9. Limitation of Liability

84db bears no liability in the following circumstances:

• In force majeure situations (natural disasters, war, government restrictions, etc.).
• If loss occurs due to the user's own negligence or carelessness.

In the event of a technical issue, 84db may consider refunding the amount of the relevant bet as maximum compensation. 84db will not bear liability for any indirect damages beyond the limits permitted by applicable law.

10. Changes to Terms

84db reserves the right to change, amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, members will be notified by email or via a notice on the platform.

If any part of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable or invalid, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
